The process might seem to take a while. This is explained by the
fact that we are not a resume bank, we methodically go and hand pick
out the right candidate for our clients. If it takes 6
weeks to find the perfect candidate, then this is better than paying
a bad candidate for 6 weeks and then having to go find another
candidate. Your patience will pay off.
2.What is your fee rate and payment structure?
- Your investment in our service is
based on the type of position you are seeking to fulfill as well as
other contingencies such as government clearances, years of
experience required, level of education and the responsibilities
required.
3. How do
you find your candidates?
- We work with existing
candidates and clients such as yourself requesting referrals for
specific individuals whom they have known and/or worked with in the
past and can be vouched for. We also use a direct and well
documented cold call approach recruiting individuals who are
currently gainfully employed and offer them the opportunity to hear
about secure and viable new opportunities. We do not use job
boards as our goal is to locate the absolute best candidates for
your needs and your firm.

Northern Virginia area for 29 years and we have grown each year in
both size and success. We believe our adherence to integrity, truth,
hard work and diligence has afforded us the ability to become known

to work with every candidate nor every client that has a need - we
take great pride in representing the top firms and the most
successful individuals in our business.
